Thank you for choosing The Lash Realm LA for your lash education. We are committed to providing a high-quality, hands-on training experience designed to help students develop the skills and confidence needed to begin or elevate their lash careers.
Enrollment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat in class. Due to limited class sizes, reserved seating, instructor preparation, and the allocation of professional training materials and kits, enrollment is not guaranteed until payment has been received.
Class sizes are intentionally kept small to provide individualized instruction and hands-on support throughout the training experience.
Rescheduling Policy
Students may request to transfer to a future training date one (1) time only.
Approved reschedule requests are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee. This fee covers administrative costs, reserved seating, instructor scheduling, and training materials prepared specifically for the enrolled student.
Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training date.
Requests submitted within 7 days of class, failure to attend, late cancellations, or failure to communicate prior to the start of class will be considered a forfeiture of enrollment and all payments made.
No-Show Policy
Students who fail to attend class without prior written communication will be considered a no-show.
No-show students forfeit their seat, deposit, tuition payments, training materials, and eligibility for rescheduling.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for no-shows.
Refund Policy
All payments made toward lash training courses with The Lash Realm LA are final and non-refundable.

We are unable to offer refunds once a seat has been reserved.
By enrolling in training, students understand that they are investing in education, skill development, and mentorship. No refunds will be granted due to scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, changes in employment, relocation, transportation issues, illness, failure to attend, or any other circumstance.
Student Responsibility & Results Disclaimer
The Lash Realm LA provides the education, tools, resources, and support necessary to help students build a foundation in lash artistry.
However, individual results are not guaranteed.
Success in the lash industry depends on each student's effort, consistency, practice, professionalism, marketing, business development, and application of the skills taught during training.

Agreement
By submitting payment toward any training course offered by The Lash Realm LA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all enrollment, rescheduling, no-show, and refund policies outlined above.
